Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you are at Town Hall Square/Tivoli. By car, it is only 5 minutes to Bella Center and only 10 minutes to the airport. Both the ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment to the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

Welcome to our beautiful, spacious and unique apartment. It is centrally located in Frederiksberg, close to Frederiksberg Gardens and Fasanvej metro station, so it is easy to get around. It's a large apartment with two large living rooms, two good bedrooms and two toilets. Extra bedding is available in the living room. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on our lovely balcony. The apartment is on the first floor and you can therefore sometimes experience noise from the courtyard and the street.
