You will love my home because it is a cottage with a fantastic location at the end of the forest and with the water as the nearest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The tea house is part of the Eskjær Hovedgaard mansion, and is therefore an extension of the beautiful and historic surroundings. See www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. The house is in itself simply furnished, but meets all everyday needs. My place is good for couples and suitable for nature and cultural tourists.

Sea, dunes and complete tranquillity – the beach is just a few hundred metres from the door. This exclusive beach house is built with respect for nature and fits perfectly into the unique dune landscape. Enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue waters from the living room, the bedroom or one of the terraces. Inside, there is a lovely bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed for two, and a beautiful living room with a fireplace, dining area, upholstered benches, an open kitchen – and two extra sleeping places in a cosy, secluded alcove.

Romantic hideaway

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water

Enjoy your vacation in one of our 8 beautiful tiny houses. From the double bed, you have views of the fjord and idyllic Bjerregård Harbor. You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. If you want to go to the North Sea, it is only a 15-minute walk away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

A small romantic gem right in our own backyard in Herrested near Ørbæk on Funen. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
