Green areas are within walking distance. If you love nature and water, but also want easy access to the city center, this apartment is ideal for you. Photos of the apartment can be sent on request (for the sake of discretion). 10-minute walk to the harbor swimming area There is an elevator in the building and you have the option to borrow a SUP board.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a location right by the water, close to restaurants and cafes, you will enjoy your stay here. The harbor bus (large yellow boat) departs 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, and it takes you to Copenhagen's tourist attractions. There is street parking that is paid on an hourly basis, but I can offer guest parking on the street for DKK 50/day. The apartment is bright, clean and modern and has a welcoming Martin atmosphere.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.
