Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private bathing ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-metre long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Luxury apartment surrounded by water. This unique home has its very own style. Super modern construction with rooftop terrace and private boat space. The apartment has 3 floors distributed with kitchen, living room, toilet and entrance hall on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor and a fantastic rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking houseboats and green surroundings. It's easy to get around the city with Metro, water bus, and public transportation right at your fingertips. Indoor parking space can be purchased. You'll love the space and the space.

A cozy dining area is featured, with a round black table surrounded by plush chairs in red and blue. A window allows natural light to illuminate the space, complemented by indoor plants and a floor lamp in the corner.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, where you are close to the subway, airport, city and beach! A personally decorated rental home on the 2nd floor of a patrician, which is occupied by a sweet and welcoming family. We share the staircase. The apartment has been newly renovated with, among other things, a delicious kitchen where you can cook for the whole family. The light and the views are beautiful! Free Wi-Fi and free parking right by the house. We are excited to welcome you to a lovely home on Amager!

Maritime apartment close to the city center

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a location right by the water, close to restaurants and cafes, you will enjoy your stay here. The harbor bus (large yellow boat) departs 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, and it takes you to Copenhagen's tourist attractions. There is street parking that is paid on an hourly basis, but I can offer guest parking on the street for DKK 50/day. The apartment is bright, clean and modern and has a welcoming Martin atmosphere.

The living area features a comfortable sofa adorned with decorative cushions, positioned near a coffee table on a green area rug. Natural light filters through vertical blinds on a large window, enhancing the room's brightness. A wall-mounted TV is placed above a minimalist console table.

Beautiful and bright apartment overlooking the canal

Nice and stylish 2-bedroom apartment, with double bed and babycrib, as well as 2X floor mattresses. The apartment has everything you need. Bright and spacious with a view of the canal. Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

Welcome to my lovely oasis❤️ Beautiful 1 bedroom in Sydhavnen. It is close to the new metro, so you can be at Rådhuspladsen in 10 minutes. The vibrant life in Sydhavnen with delicious coffee, and lovely restaurants, shopping opportunities are within walking distance it takes about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a small kitchen where you can easily cook some light food, fridge, and Airfryer. You have your own toilet and bathroom. There is a dining area for 3, and a bed. (120 cm)

You have several grocery shops 1 minute away. You are only approx 15-20 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen with public transportation (the metro, bus or the Copenhagen harbor ferry). NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!
