Modern apartment in a quiet area close to the city center

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

Unique cottage on private beach!

Unique location by the water - and plenty of space for 6 people - not least because of the separate room (annex) with its own bathroom. The house is an old wooden house we have refurbished, so do not expect a state-of-the-art and streamlined type house. But if you're into an old, charming house with all the amenities - and a fantastic location - this is just the thing for you! The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.

Our nice apartment gives you a true feeling of city life, combined with active beach life. Have a lunch in the sun at the terrace, inside the apartment or take it to the beach- enjoying the sea view. Charming and cosy flat in the heart of central Copenhagen. The middle age city, also called the Latin Quarter. The most lovely and vibrant area in all Cph. From the flat you reach everything in the city center by foot. You have the best of Cph at your door step. The apartment is in the back yard, withdrawn from the street, and safe with a gate, and you can enjoy sitting on the private balcony with your coffee and a drink.
