Cozy cottage on Skrea beach with its own fenced smaller plot. The cottage is 44 m2 and is located in a quiet, private cottage area 400 metres from the sea. Close to most things on Skrea beach. Renovated in 2022 with a new bathroom and in 2024 with a new, well-equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower on the patio. Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available in the cabin. Terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Parking space included. Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Two bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed + 1 sofa bed with two sleeping places. Child-friendly accommodation.

Large free parking area right across the street. Wi-Fi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linens or towels are not included, can be rented for SEK 100/person. Nice cottage near the beach in a quiet garden environment. Smoke- and pet-free cottage in a lovely setting in our garden for 2 adults. No young people. No party animals. Biking distance to the center and 200 meters to the beach. Bicycles are available to borrow. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. If you forget, they are available for rent at SEK 200/2 sets. 2 toilet rolls are included. Guests bring their own coffee, etc., as needed Final cleaning is done by the guest before departure. Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.
