Renovated in 2022 with a new bathroom and in 2024 with a new, well-equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower on the patio. Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available in the cabin. Terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Parking space included. Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Two bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed + 1 sofa bed with two sleeping places. Large free parking area right across the street. Wi-Fi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linens or towels are not included, can be rented for SEK 100/person. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
