The cottage is quietly located on a dead end with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650m from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with shower cabin and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Also close to appreciated forest. Detached house on a farm 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen nature reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels are brought by the guest himself.

Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a couple of minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. In addition to toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined laundry and dryer. New patio (2020) with tables, chairs and ability to barbeque.

Newly renovated little cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

Tiny house in a lovely fishing village.

A tiny new built house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km).
