On the property, there is a swimming pool, trampoline, soccer goal and basketball hoop as well as toys that are suitable for both the beach and the lawn. In the garage there is a ping-pong table and a small gym. There are bicycles for adults and children. 5-minute walk to the beach and a playground is around the corner. It is cycling distance to grocery store and restaurants. The house also has a cat, Celso, who is included in the rent :)

Walking/biking distance to golf and paddle courts as well as to the beach in Vilshärad, Frösakull and Tylösand. Amenities such as WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, TV and Sonos music system. Walking distance to central Halmstad and a short drive or bus/bike to various sandy beaches around Halmstad. Outdoor pool as well as hot tub and lovely large patio make this a lovely summer gem. Suitable for families with children. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. A washing machine & dryer is located in the house. Pillows and duvets are provided in all beds.
