Awesome apartment with everything you need and so on. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery, drawers full of spices (and organic sugar!). Coffee maker ready to use (i.e. didn't have to buy with coffee). Should you get bored, there are both Jon Fosse and Jo Nesbø in the bookshelf - in addition to useful tour books, games and much more. The apartment is carefully decorated, you feel well taken care of. Free use of the pool was great. Free parking and super nice location. We will be back! A tip for other guests is to shop before you get to Holmsbu, as there is only one shop there.

Embla was very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. I booked the apartment for my parents for a long weekend as I stay with my girlfriend in Holmestrand, so it was wonderful to be able to find an ideal location for them. Embla helped them feel very welcome and secure; it has a perfect location for local shops, restaurants, bars, nice walks and the train station. Similarly, it was very easy when it came to locking up and leaving the keys for Embla. Overall, a wonderful cosy apartment for a long weekend in a beautiful area.

A nice host and nice apartment with what you need for a shorter stay. The house cat was also nice and sociable for those who like cats.😻 A quiet and peaceful area where it is easy to get a good night's sleep😊 Melsomvik would like to👌 live here again if the opportunity arises😊

Very nice and modern apartment located at the riverfront and a short walk to the centre.

Just as cozy to rent with Merethe as last time.🥰 We had problems with the car when we were going home after the gathering, and then Merethe and her partner were very friendly and helped us.❤️ We will come back! It has become our favourite place to rent on Notodden during gatherings.

Very nice place. Depending on driving or public transport to the city center or the beach, if you are not very fond of walking. Close to shops. Great communication with host.

Simeon was very kind and helpful. The instructions were very clear. The apartment is modern, was perfecly clean and with anyrhing you need for a couple or one person. Awesome balcony. Very well located with services in a short walking distance. University at 5m walking. I definetly recommend it!

Frode was very friendly and helpful, and his place was a great spot to relax with a beautiful view and plenty of hikes in the region.

We had an amazing stay at Benedikte's house, we immediately felt at home. Well equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and cozy living room, we didn't miss anything. Large terrace with many seating areas and garden where we got to play both football and croquet. One evening, one fallow deer came through the garden and the fox occasionally heard in the evening. Big plus for 2 toilets, we were 6 people. Good beds, decent sizes in the bedrooms, clean and tidy! Very easy, nice and clear communication with the host. Recommended !

Erik’s place is perfect for a stay in Tønsberg. Close to the town center, lots of restaurants and groceries. Really nice neighborhood. Erik’s house is super comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated. We loved sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening wine. Erik is a friendly and helpful host. He is truly interested in making your stay pleasant. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Last minute stay to spend time with cousins nearby. Beautiful clean, modern house with nice decks and patios. Bedrooms worked for our family with our youngest able to be near us on the lower level and my older boys had an upper floor which they loved with a mini pool table. Nice light morning to sunset and easy to get to coastal areas and a really amazing Viking burial mound nearby which we enjoyed getting to see.

The place was well decorated, modern and warm throughout. The rooms were separate, ideal for our stay and the private deck was a bonus also considering we had great weather during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of neat design features to suit the space. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and our hosts were great at responding to any questions we had. The accommodation is right in the heart of town and it was easy to reach Batterioya, Blindeskjaere, the shops, and the Ferry. All within easy walking distance. The bus stop was 2 mins away and it was easy to travel into Drammen and forward to Oslo centre. We felt as if the accommodation had recently been made ready for guests and there were a couple of possible improvements that could be added to help guests enjoy their stay. A microwave would have been a helpful addition and the small toilet needed a privacy blind on the small window. Overall we loved staying there and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a great weekend in connection with baptism. 6 adults had plenty of space, and the area was quiet and peaceful. Tidy and nice house with everything we needed.
