Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

Here you can rent skis/alpine equipment and have access to 40+ slopes and a large cross-country network in winter and many trails and bike paths in summer. Norefjell Ski and Spa is a short drive away where you will find spa, climbing wall, ++ and good restaurants. The cabin is located 15 min from Noresund city center. We rent out the cabin belonging to our home for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. This is a 50 km cabin with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room in one. Two separate bedrooms with bunk beds for 4, and a crawl loft for "little people". Bathroom with toilet and shower with entrance from terrace. Tableware for 8, sofa corner, TV, dining room, outdoor terrace, and large grass plot around. Refrigerator with small freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Washing machine in bathroom Smoking is not allowed.

This is a cozy little Appartment with a wonderful seaview. The place has its own parking and own entrance, self checkin service. It has a kitchen a nice bathroom and a sleepingcoach with an 8 cm extra cover-mattress. There is a garden with barbeque, and seating group area. Sun beds and an outdoor fireplace. It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.

At 970 m above the ocean, the snow is guaranteed in the winter, and beautiful hikes start 20m from the door. 18 beds- unable to update from 16 persons due to Airbnb limitations :-) You drive all the way to the main entrance door. Beliggenheten er et glimrende utgangspunkt for natur og kulturopplevelser i den tradisjonelle fjellbygda. Fra stuen og hverandaen er det nydelig utsikt til Longvikvatn og vakre Fossanfjell.
