Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must wash out after himself.

The area is known for good ski conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country skiing, 18 lifts and 49 slopes. Common lift pass and ski bus between the hauls. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

The appartment is part of the shed, completely isolated and renovated. It has a sleepingroom, livingroom + open kitchen and bathroom. In the summertime there is a large picknick table available outside. It is the perfect stay for families. There are many family friendly hikes, but also climbing routes swimming and fishing possibilities in the area.
