Bring drinking water (20 liters are available at the cabin). Refrigerator, freezer and stove are powered by gas. Light and charging via 12V solar panel. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included – bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be washed before departure. Private bed linen will be brought.

The cabin is located right on a lake with swimming and fishing opportunities. You have panoramic views of the water and Gaustatoppen from the living room. The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell winterland.Approximately 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country slopes. The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

The real Norwegian feeling can be found in our spacious wooden villa of over 175 m2 in Vradal. Located on the slope of a mountain against the forest edge, you have fantastic views to all sides. The house has all the comforts, good WiFi, ski boot heating, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table and cozy sitting area by the wood stove. Separate TV lounge and lovely steam shower and wellness with sauna. Outside a BBQ and charging point for EV (separate checkout).
