Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Telemark

We had an amazing stay! The view of the Hellefjord was simply magical – it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The apartment was incredibly cozy and inviting, perfect to relax. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we felt at home from the start. We would definitely come back to it again – thank you so much for a memorable stay!

The property is absolutely stunning, only topped by the amazing views! The home is beautifully nestled into the rock and natural surroundings. Consequently, the views from the hot tub and the sauna are breathtaking. During our stay, we had excellent sunny weather and enjoyed daily. Hikes: either directly from the home or within a 30 minute car drive. The house itself is well laid out and the kitchen has everything you need for six people. It never felt crowded, except occasionally the two lounge chairs from which you could view the valley, as we sometimes fought over who gets to sit in them… 😊 There is a small grocery store just down the mountain within a 15 minute drive. It is well stocked but a bit expensive. For us this was a perfect vacation as we just wanted to enjoy nature and relax. Beyond that, there really isn’t much to do as there are neither museums nor cultural points of interest. During the winter time, this obviously is a prime skiing location.

We stayed at Marco's place for a week over New Year's Eve. We were there with four adults, one child, two toddlers and a dog. The place was very cozy and above all big enough for all of us. It was clean and everything important in terms of amenities was on site. The view was incredibly beautiful (especially from the jacuzzi) and the nature around it perfect for walking. We felt comfortable and what can be emphasized very positively was the communication with Marco. He was always friendly and always easily accessible. We just found it a pity that the firewood was not included in the price, as we know this from other accommodations and that some things were distributed outside (dishwashing brush, mop, grill grate). We were a little surprised, but didn't bother us. So it's complaining to a high standard. If the world wasn't that big, we would definitely come back.

Ingunn is an amazing host and their Airbnb place is truly a gem of a cabin! The pictures from the listing does not do justice to how wonderful the cabin is. The cabin has a massive jacuzzi with its own area and seating, right by the balcony where the grill is situated - perfect for a social gathering settings. 4 spacious rooms with 1 of the rooms having an en suite bathroom. Living room has enough seats to sit over 10 people. There's also a big TV + dvd player + lots of movies to choose from. There's also board games like ludo, millionaire +more! Lovely clean swimming pool nearby with a little shop ( recommend visiting). Kitchen had all the utensils needed but would recommend bringing metal utensils for grilling (we couldn't find any). Only negatives were that the toilet/bathroom had some corners with insects/webs and the mattresses weren't that clean, had some bits on them (we brought our own bedding) Overall, I would highly recommend this place, we'll be visiting again!

A very nice house with good beds, all equipment in the kitchen and a lovely outdoor area with a large hot tub/pool. Close to Bø city center and good parking, perfect for adults with children at the football cup or for a visit to Sommarland. Recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, with a stunning view of the nearby waterfall — truly a treat to wake up to. The amenities were top-notch: we enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi, unwinding in the massage chair, and having fun with the table tennis setup. There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained too. Grilling outside was a highlight of our trip, and the whole experience felt peaceful and private. The location is also perfect — very close to Gaustatoppen, which made our outings convenient and scenic. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature!

Very nice and modern cottage, there were a few things I think should be improved in the future. Essentials like toilet paper and hand soap were missing. It was a long weekend away and it was hard to buy these products. I think it's worth thinking about the lighting on the terrace by the jacuzzi, the lack of lighting made it harder to use the hot water and the grill when the sun went down :) generally very nice neighborhood, quick contact with the owner and a clean modern cottage :)

Wonderful accommodation with stunning views. The house sits at the top of a hill and there are beautiful views from many of the windows. The house has many different areas to sit both inside and out. We enjoyed watching the boating activity in the fjords. Brevik is quaint and has 2 lovely ice-cream shops and a small beach. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

We had a great week in Fredriks house. Brevik is such a cozy little town. We were surprised about the busy road just outside the entrance, but we forgot it in a heartbeat when we saw the view. Stunning! Warm recommendations :)

A perfect, tranquil setting close to our desired loacation/activity of ice climbing. The views over the lake are sublime. The facilities are excellent and squeaky clean! Homely, quirky and comfortable! Thank you for having us! We'd love to come back!

What a nice experience to stay in a log cabin. This one was even made by Karl, very handsome. Through other reviews, we were made aware of the use of the sauna. What a great experience that was. The sauna is 500 m away, where you are completely shielded. At least for now, because the nature campsite wasn't busy. This allowed us to cool off in the stream. The sauna is highly recommended! Also the only way to shower. This was in the open air. It may be a new experience, but we have enjoyed it. Thank you Satu and Karl!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin on Veggli. The surroundings were calm and quiet, with beautiful nature right outside the door – perfect for relaxation and walks. The cabin is of a high standard and is very well equipped, with all the kitchen equipment you need and more. We had a great time, and this is definitely a place we would like to come back to in the future.

The location was fantastic, beautiful surroundings. There are two houses, one red and one brown. The red house has a beautiful sun terrace and a little more space. In addition, the car park there is paved. The brown hut is in the shade and the car park is not accessible when it has rained. It is perfectly sufficient for a few nights. It's a little too cramped for a longer stay. Unfortunately, we did not meet the landlords. However, the communication is very friendly. However, both houses urgently need renovation, as the lids on the pots are broken. The wastewater does not drain, so that you stand in the wet bathroom after showering. The doors cannot be closed properly and the apartment is only cleaned by the previous tenant, depending on how tidy it is, you will find a more or less clean apartment. We liked it for a few days.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and kind. 10/10! Would recommend to anyone. Excellent!
