Warm welcome to this child-friendly villa. The house has nice large social areas inside and out. In the garden, there is lovely lounge furniture, as well as a barbecue. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds, and a room with a 90 bed. There are electric car chargers and parking available. Car charging there is a charge. Bright modern little guesthouse

Unique house of 25 sqm built in 2019. Sleeps 5 of which 3 beds on the loft and sofa bed for 2 people on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette (not stove) with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, egg boiler, etc. The house is wintery and has both AC and heating. South facing and patio on the front, with barbecue, in the morning and evening sun. 1500m to one of Sweden's best beaches and about 1400m to the center. Approximately 30 minutes drive from Malmö and 2 minutes walk from bus stop with frequent departures.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

During the last long weekend at Falsterbo Horse Show, Thursday, July 10 - Sunday the 13th, the guesthouse is only rented to a tenant. The guesthouse is dimensioned for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds upstairs, however, there is also a comfortable sofa downstairs to sleep in, which makes me accept 5 guests.
