Newly-renovated house in central Skanör close to both Skanör city center and Skanör harbor. A stone's throw away is also the nice beach that Skanör is very famous for. The house has a patio with both a grill, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available if you would like to rent for a longer period. The house also has a separate summer guest house with two extra beds that, however, cannot be used during the winter months If you have any questions, just let me know!

There are several golf courses nearby. 3 minutes to The National and 10 minutes to Bokskogens Golf Club. Grocery store 750 meters. Cleaning and sheets and towels are included. Of course, we do not smoke indoors or outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
