New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Towels and sheets are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning will be added if desired, SEK 500. Check-in at 3 pm. Check-out at 11 am.
