Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Cute cottage near the beach

The cottage includes two rooms and a small kitchen. The living room has an open plan together with the kitchen, sofa that serves as a sofa bed. Bedroom with two bunk beds, living room with larger divan sofa and TV. Garden furniture and barbecue. The accommodation also has two simpler bicycles, a lady's and a man's model. Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning after your stay is the responsibility of the guests themselves before check-out The cottage is located on our property, well protected from view from our residential house with a separate entrance

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Newly built bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a small basic range in the pantry. You will also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's opening days.
