Den är belägen mellan Vik och Rörum med närhet till havet och stranden vid Knäbäckshusen samt till två golfbanor. Här finns fina promenadstigar i bokskogar i nära anslutning till gården. Lägenheten har en öppen planlösning med integrerat kök och vardagsrum.

A simple but unique apartment at Tobisborgs Gård. A stone's throw from the sea. On the farm there is a restaurant, horses, chickens, peacocks. Dogs are, of course, welcome but must be kept on a leash. The stairs in the apartment to the upper floor are narrow and somewhat steep. Bed linen is brought with you or rented at the accommodation (SEK 100) Cleaned on arrival and left cleaned or buy cleaning (SEK 500)

Mysig lägenhet i gårdshus i Södra Mellby, Österlen. Här finns en egen avskild uteplats, ett allrum med pentrykök samt sovloft med plats för tre personer. Hela den gamla skånegården är nyrenoverad under det senaste året och gäststugan är en del av gårdshuset som även huserar en konstnärsateljé och galleri. Gäststugan har separat ingång. Givetvis är även stugan smyckad med konst från ateljén.

Charmigt boende ovanpå byns lanthandel

Här bor du ovanpå byns charmiga lanthandel med rejält tilltagen uteplats med vy över takåsarna och fälten. Det finns också egen gräsmatta till boendet . Byn Glemmingebro ligger omgiven av böljande fält med närmsta stranden 5 km söderut. Skeppssättningen Ale stenar finns knappt en mil bort och Sandhammaren med sina sanddyner och vita sand ligger ännu några kilometer längre österut.
