Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Cozy cottage in the middle of Brösarp.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Wake up with the beach right at your doorstep – here it's easy to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of a unique environment. Simrishamn's cozy town center is within easy walking distance, and around the town, beautiful bike and walking paths await through fantastic nature. By the sea in Brantevik

At the beach in Brantevik is a small guest house overlooking the sea and where only a short walk separates the house from the water. Architect Bengt Lindroos. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hotplates, microwave and refrigerator as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for an additional fee.

Huset är på 30 kvm på bottenvåningen plus ett sovloft. Njut av soliga dagar på den privata uteplatsen med grill och utforska Österlens charmiga byar, gårdsbutiker och naturupplevelser. A place for relaxation in the gardens with hammocks and for activities with badminton, etc. Direct proximity to nature, attractions and the beach 5 km away. At the same distance, Kivik, Haväng, St Olof, Brösarp. Stenshuvud, Rörum, Knäbäckshusen a 15 min drive. Beach chairs, parasols, rackets, grill etc. are available.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.
