Beachfront holiday rental in Simrishamn Municipality

Very cozy, very nicely furnished summer cottage right by the sea in the second row. You can be at the sea in 30 seconds and on wide sandy beaches in 3 minutes. Kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens were there. We found the description of the striking situation a little misleading: There is actually only one real, lockable bedroom with two single beds. The other sleeping arrangements are cozy, BUT not in separate rooms. Our double bed was in the passage right next to the kitchen, our son slept at the top of the gallery in the living room and therefore did not have his own room as a retreat. We had imagined this differently, was ok for us as a family, but with friends I would not find this situation so pleasant.

A place to be. We loved it and our dog too. Great location near the ocean. Perfect for your holidays. We felt home and can truly recommend this house.

A good and spacious cottage with good equipment and there was most of it as you need. Very good location and close to beach and activities. We would love to come back :)

We were in Anna's house for the second time, we liked the house and the area so much. At night you can hear the sea and during the day you can build wonderful sandcastles. Anna is super nice and was also able to help us with a small medical problem. If there weren't so many other great places in Sweden, we'd keep coming back. ;) Thank you, dear Anna!

A unique accommodation 200 m from the beach. Perfect if you need peace and quiet, privacy, be close to nature and want to be alone on the beach. (The house is located at a part of Sandhammaren where hardly any others go). If the weather is bad and you want to eat restaurants, shops, golf, culture, etc., there are lots nearby. Car is required.

We spent our summer holidays at this lovely house close to the beach and really enjoyed our time here together with our kids. The location of the house is perfect - on a private path to the beautiful sandy beach.

A fantastic house with large areas. There is a lot to discover. Feels cozy to be there. The porch is swimming in the evening sun which we enjoyed to the fullest. The house is located a stone's throw from both Ica and popular cafe/lunch place/bakery and gas station. In the village there is an outdoor bath. Very beautiful nature and you can quickly get to the amazing seaside baths. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

There were four of us there for four days in August. The apartment is located right on the beach (great) and you can see the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Joacim gave us excellent instructions for check-in, so it was easy to get into the apartment via the code lock. The apartment is very well equipped, also in the kitchen. We had a nice and relaxing Easter at Marie's wonderful apartment. We felt like at home right away as it was our second Easter that we rent the apartment. Peaceful view of the beach and sea, wonderful nature and the apartment is in top condition! Can highly recommend this home.

We had a great week! Great place to stay that lived up to expectations. The kids had fun in the trampoline, pool, and ping pong table were appreciated. The host was easy to reach and always responded promptly. The house was located in a cozy area and close to the sea. There was also a small self-service grocery store that had the essentials and fresh rolls/bread every morning. Was easy to take the train to Ystad, the station was not far from the accommodation. Was also easy to take a bus. If you like to bike, there were great bike paths. Highly recommend this home!

We had a great time in this lovely summerhouse with great location. Just a short walk to the beach wich was not crouded at all during our stay! The swimmingpool was our daughters favorite! We would come back for sure 😀

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very accessible and also reached out to us himself about excursion destinations. The only negative point was the bedroom that could not be completely darkened, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots outside the building that were always switched on at night. If in doubt, bring a sleep mask, then that's no problem.

Perfect accommodation for our large group. Very child friendly and cozy with walking distance to Åhus Brygga. Very good communication with Malin both before and during the stay.

This was a really great AirBnB experience! It was an absolutely pleasure to stay for a week in this beautiful beach house, which is just a stone throw away from the beach. It's an absolute gem, nicely furnished and super clean. Our kids loved the garden and the sundeck. The communication with Novasol and the owner Lotta was very easy. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely come back whenever we are back in Borrby. Thanks again for your hospitality, Lotta!

Perfect accommodation! Large, spacious, comfortable, a wonderful garden! We and our son with family had everything we needed, it worked very well with a small 1 year old, we felt completely safe.

We stayed a week in Joakim his house. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The garden is also a joy, lots of space and many options to sit in the sun of shade. The surroundings offer a lot of nice places to visit and lot of opportunities to have a real Swedish "Fika". We also enjoyed the lovely and sometimes quite beached of Osterlende.
