Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs! Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.

Sofiero, an older house above Kivik

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Older charming three-story house, two of which are rented, in the apple orchards just above Kivik. Ideal location - close to Stenshuvud, Vitemölla, Brösarps backar, Haväng and other attractions. Suitable for both families and couples. Rented daily or weekly. Österlen - cozy house with wonderful garden

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen vacation. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and nice views. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.

Kyhlsro is the name of this architect-designed house that was completed in 2024. A hide away for physical and mental rest and recreation that invites you amusement, play, desire and creativity. Beautiful, modern and functional is the theme of this oasis. Kyhls beach is only a 200 meter walk via scenic paths, the beach is wide with the finest white sand.
