For the larger party! Unique street house from 1846 with cultural label, in the middle of the old town next to the church. A historic accommodation of 200 sqm, fully equipped, lovely space, three bedrooms, large living rooms and a sheltered, flowering courtyard in the southwest for lovely outdoor meals. The square/pedestrian street with restaurants around the corner, the train station 3 minutes away, to the harbor/beach it's a 5 minute walk through the old town. A perfect base for the rest of the Österlen excursions! Only gentle guests are accepted.

Unique accommodation under a thatched roof, pool and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Charming timber house in Ravlunda outside Kivik

Charming cross-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The house is detached but is close to a larger residential house (Ravlunda Prästgård),

Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. White house on Brantevik Österlen

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Artist Cottage by the sea

Relax and refill your senses in this picturesque old fishing village of Brantevik in the middle of Österlen.Our small cottage is over 120 years old and has belonged to the same family and is today owned by an artist and designer. Access to the cliffs and bathing 2 minutes. "Skåneleden", famous walking trail, passes right outside the house. Restaurants, Daniel Berlins Vyn & cafes around the corner. Österlen area is famous for a rich art and culture heritage. Close to historic sites and beaches.
