Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. Casa Costanza is located in the heart of the city, in an area well-served by public transportation and services. The quiet, cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional single bed), a bathroom with large shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. We offer courtesy toiletries (shampoo shower) and breakfast. The apartment is equipped with free ultra-fast wifi and is fully air-conditioned. On the landing is our other apartment, "CASA MANFREDI." Stepping through the entrance to the house, you find yourself in a small hallway, from which you can access the bathroom, the bedrooms, and the living room/kitchen with a balcony. The quiet, safe neighborhood is full of restaurants, pubs, wine bars, and shops, and is one of the largest shopping centers in the city. Within comfortable walking distance are all the major monuments in the old town. The apartment is in a strategic location due to its proximity to the Naval Port and to the bus stop to and from Falcone and Borsellino airport. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the terminus for Palermo's Falcone and Borsellino airport and Birgi (TP) airport. Frequent buses connect the neighborhood to the rest of the city, especially the train and bus stations. A direct bus connects Via Libertà with the beaches of Mondello.

The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.
