The Ancient Baglio - Dammuso 'Il Cappero'

The Antico Baglio (“U Bagghiu” in Sicilian) is the only building of its kind in Pantelleria and dates back to around 1700. It is located in the Sesi archaeological area, 400 meters as the crow flies from the coast, 9 minutes from the town of Pantelleria and 14 minutes from the airport. It is made up of four independent Dammusi which can be accessed from the beautiful internal patio. A place of relaxation, in which you can enjoy a timeless atmosphere with typical Mediterranean rhythms and scents!

The property consists of 2 dammusi equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay is as relaxing and carefree as possible. The property is surrounded by 8000m square of land cultivated with olive grove and with the famous zibibbo of Pantelleria. The large patio has a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dish washer, a large table, a wood burning oven, stone grill and comfy sofa. There are 2 outdoor showers, with hot water, and a swimming pool (1st June -30th Sep)

Independent villa within a residence about 1.5 km from the town and the beach. The Mediterranean garden is a strong point, large, exclusive and equipped with everything. Two large terraces. Outdoor kitchen and shower. It enjoys a splendid view of Mount Cofano, Erice and the Egadi. The house is equipped with all the comforts. There are two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed and smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, rocking chair and BBQ.

Facing west, a stone's throw from the sea and the marina of Scauri, with incredible views of the island's spectacular sunsets, it also has access to the large exotic garden that collects dozens of specimens of rare beauty. A double bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a veranda with a few steps leading to the pool are the essential elements of the dammuso. Breakfast and parking space are included, as well as a shared swimming pool.
