It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

The cottage has recently been refurbished and is a light, bright space decorated in a beachy style. The cottage has all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The Old Piggery is a self catered cottage all on the ground floor. Open plan kitchen, living, diner area with Freeview TV, dining table and 4ft sofa bed. The Kitchen area has gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and is en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Patio area with garden furniture shared with one other property, and Private parking for 2 cars.
