Quiet place, as advertised, clean and tidy. Rita and her husband are very kind and polite people, I can only thank them for the hospitality and courtesy they showed us. We'll definitely be back.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city centre are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza takeaway.

We spent 3 really pleasant days in this apartment, perfect for a holiday with a toddler. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and located in a very convenient location: very close to the promenade for walks, but also the center can be easily reached on foot. The parking and garage were super convenient: you can park upon arrival and forget about the car, because everything is at your fingertips: restaurants, shops, amenities. A special thank you to Gabriele, accurate, kind and always available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd be happy to come back to.

Andrea welcomed us in person to his beautiful apartment, everything was perfect and spotless, and he was always ready to help with any request, or explanations about places to see and advice, the beaches and surroundings are wonderful.

A well located apartment: on the sea, along the bike path and with the center of Pesaro within walking distance. Clean, well organized and tastefully furnished environments. The outdoor space is pleasant and functional. Friendly host and quick to respond. However, the apartment is suitable for three people (single bed and double bed): there were four of us, but the double sofa bed is uncomfortable.

We had a perfect beach holiday thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, a few steps from the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was cool enough even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Elisa is very available for any questions or needs, the apartment is very functional, convenient location both for the beach and for the center of Bellaria. I would go back.

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Our short stay in Pesaro was extremely pleasant, also thanks to Paola's wonderful welcome. The apartment, brand new and equipped with every comfort, is conveniently located: close to the seafront and downtown and, at the same time, located in a quiet and quiet street. The garden in front of the house allowed us to enjoy breakfast outdoors... for main meals, the area is full of great clubs and supermarkets. The covered parking spot is extremely convenient. Paola welcomed us upon arrival, making us feel welcome guests and giving us valuable directions on what to do in the city and nearby... I highly recommend this accommodation, even for multiple consecutive days: the apartment is cozy and pleasant to live in.

Matteo places was super nice to my family! Near to the beaches, surrounded by good restaurants and shopping places! He is super responsive and support in all during our stay! I was traveling with my family, me, my wife, 2 kids and a small dog! 😃
