The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. Parking is available under the house and in the immediate vicinity. The long beach (free at 200 meters and equipped at 350 meters) is easily reachable on foot! Important: the accommodation is all flat (there are no climbs to reach it!) and IT IS not close TO the railway, so... tranquility, no noise!
