Holiday rentals with breakfast in Senigallia

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are travelling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometres away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Communication with Giulia was always warm. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked car park was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively central between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We stayed the weekend of 1 June. The small but well-designed house, Fortunato explained everything to us in a comprehensive way, easy to reach and convenient to get back on the highway. A stone's throw from Assisi. If I have to go back there, I'll definitely go back.

Our family of 4 stayed here one night. The uber driver found the location easily, and entry instructions were clear. The owner let us enter the apartment prior to it being cleaned so that we could drop off our bags and explore - so appreciated!! The location is right in the heart of the old city, so the streets are narrow and cobbled and the upstairs window faces the side of a church. It is very easy to walk into town - to the square, and all of the outdoor restaurants, and historic sights. The views from the walk are wide and amazing. The house itself was spacious! The kitchen came with various ways to make coffee or tea, also snacks for breakfast, water, and juice. There are two bathrooms - 1 shower. The beds were comfortable and private. We wish we could have stayed longer - Perugia was growing on us.

What a beautiful place! We spend 10 days here and we loved it. The weather was hot, so we spend our time manly outside on the beautiful terrace which has an amazing view. The inside is basic, but has everything you need. It is like spending time at Nonna's .There is plenty of hiking straight from the door. Climbing, canyoning and swimming in the river near by is also at your doorstep. If you are an outdoor lover as we are this place and surroundings are heaven. The owners are very friendly, responsive and very helpful. Thank you our holiday was perfect.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Here's a possible review: Perfect apartment for our family with two young children. The central location and impeccable cleanliness made our stay really pleasant during the Befana event. The house is well organized and equipped with everything you need. If we were to go back to the area, we would definitely choose it again!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

IMPECCABLE!!! The place is extremely nice and comfortable, with lots of comforts. It has absolutely everything you need. The views of the hills are beautiful! The Marche region is a divine creation! I appreciate all the recommendations provided by Andrea. All I hope is to come back!!!

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything that is needed. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely be back.

This stay was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Eddie lived in the US which made communication for us a snap. He maintains this property meticulously and was promptly available to address any concerns we had. Unit had A/C in both bedrooms and fans as well. Heat in Italy was extreme during our stay and issue with 1 unit was promptly fixed. He was happy to help us start the dishwasher no issue just needed to have him show us how to. He is available without being intrusive. Recommendations on activities were appreciated we loved the Baci chocolate factory tour in Perugia. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. We enjoyed the kitties. Would absolutely recommend this place to others and stay again. Location is easy access to Assisi but a nice oasis from being stuck in the city and allows you to enjoy the peaceful countryside.

Stefano & his wife were extremely welcoming and friendly. Provided us with everything we needed, the place was spotless clean and linen smelt refreshing. The location was great, only 3km from the old town and the beach. Stefano was considerate of our dietary requirements and adjusted to our needs and everything was made fresh. One thing I was slightly annoyed at was feeling rushed to check out at 0945 when check out was at 1000, because they needed to ‘clean’.

The cottage was magical, as well as the beautiful nature in the area. Ideal for a few days if you just want peace and relaxation in nature. Some evenings we had trouble finding an open restaurant, sometimes we couldn't find one, and since there was no kitchen in the cottage, it wasn't pleasant. Vania was very accommodating and kind, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast and cleaning during the stay.

We stayed in this beautiful B&B for two nights. The place is magnificent with a spectacular view of Perugia and the surrounding hills. Lamberto and Francesca are very kind and very nice, they delighted us with a rich and well-prepared breakfast, with a crazy view. The house is magnificent and our room was very clean and very nice. It was a wonderful stay and if we return to the area we will stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to Lamberto and Francesca for hosting us in their home, we can't wait to come back!
