Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Independent villa, fully fenced with gate for car entrance and pedestrian gate. Large and well-kept garden with barbecue,and large porch where you can have lunch while admiring the spectacular view of Mount Titano and the valley that surrounds it. From the porch you access the living room,which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is the equipped kitchen. Also from the living room you access a hallway that houses two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom and a bathroom.

Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.
