First of all, it must be said that Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. She offered both to pick us up and take us back to the station and when we had problems with noisy neighbors (one night) she intervened immediately. The house, very modern, is equipped with everything that has made us feel like we were at home, it is located in a particularly quiet area of Pesaro and close to the small bay Flaminia (for this reason we definitely recommend it for the summer months). Nearby there are plenty of places to eat, including the unparalleled piadina from Terry.

The apartment was lovely and the terrace amazing! Francesco welcomed us the best way, we missed nothing. We highly recommend the stay 🙂 Grazie per tutto!

We were able to spend great and relaxing days in Civitanova Marche and we all enjoyed it. We were 6 people in the apartment and very satisfied with the accommodation, it was perfect and offered a lot of space. On foot, the sea, shopping, the center as well as the train station are very easily accessible, so you are not dependent on a car during the stay. The contact with Elia from WeHostYou was great and very straightforward. Check-in and check-out were easy and very flexible - condition is an additional registration on the WeHostYou page with uploading passport or ID copies and all staff details. The apartment is located in an apartment building where there are neighbors who care about keeping the entrance area as clean as possible.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

Stefano was an impeccable host from the first contact: kind, welcoming and always available. We had scheduled to arrive at 11:00 pm and, despite traffic delays, she welcomed us without problems, with great cordiality. The apartment is exactly as described: spacious, very clean, well equipped and perfect for families or groups, thanks to two bathrooms, separate rooms for privacy and a large living area ideal to stay together. The location is great, a stone's throw from the beach and downtown, with two very comfortable reserved parking spaces. Breakfast is included and can be consumed in one of the two bars recommended by Stefano, both very close. Throughout the stay he was always available, answering any questions immediately, even after hours. In addition to the beauty of Fano, what really makes you want to come back is Stefano's hospitality: his professionalism, tips on where to eat and what to do, and his ability to make you feel like a real fan!

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.
