Extreme courtesy, hospitality and staff availability. Everything is perfect in a more than evocative location. They offer a 20% discount (although we later realized that they did not mistakenly apply it) to dine at the affiliated restaurant - among other things very good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A unique experience. Bit back to the basics. But so soothing and relaxing. Blissful. Gerhard is very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the miserable terrible gravel road that we had to do every time and our stay. 20 minutes from and 20 minutes back on a bad path. Fortunately, we had a 4 times4 had been a different problem. Fortunately, we were always able to escape the beautiful view of our terrace

I like it because I felt at home anyway, although I came to study in Italy and I left my whole family in the Congo, Piero and Rita's place I found a wonderful family where love, peace and joy are there. They took good care of me as their own daughter and I discover a lot with them: Italian culture, language, etiquette... In any case at Piero's, I would recommend anyone who would like to go around Perouse to come and settle here here. They are best 😍

What can you say about staying in a 1000 year old castle? The feelings are indescribable, with the centuries of history within the walls. Matteos was the young gentleman that checked us in. From that moment on he always went out of his way to make certain our stay was special. Sadly I never met Andrea. I seeked her out several times but we could not connect. Very special place to stay. Had dinner there one night and breakfast every day. They were very good as well..

Booked a stay here last minute. We didn’t get to use the pool as we arrived late but looked beautiful. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. A few minutes outside of the city and very nice.

If we could have rated it a 10 we would have. Loved it!

Very nice house, large indoor and outdoor spaces, fresh rooms thanks to the air conditioners each equipped with bathroom with amenities, beautiful and very spacious pool.

I want to give a big shout out to Loredana! She is super friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Even though we only stay for one night here, we enjoyed the place so much! Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

Very comfortable room in a very nice setting, Maria and her staff are very welcoming and friendly, we dine in their restaurant, gourmet, and refined cuisine that awakened our taste buds. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel with very nice pool, thank you Maria.

Very close to the train station. Elevator gets you to the sixth floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Bathroom is large. Great to have access to kitchen.
