What an incredible house! It was definitely off the beaten path but, if you're looking for a peaceful place with a view, you cannot beat that with Lolita's place. I will add that Lolita and her husband went out of their way to fix a wi-fi issue on our arrival, which we very much appreciated since the house is remote and cell service can be spotty. The weather was rainy while we were there so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen set up they have but, if we are ever in the area again during the summer, I'd love to spend a few more days taking advantage of everything the place has to offer.

Pardo was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Thanks again for everything and see you soon!

This is my second time booking with Alice and Sonia, but this time in the apartment " I canapé" on Via del Cassero. I had a great time, even this time. The train was about 1 hour late and I warned Alice that she was immediately available. When I arrived, Alice showed me the apartment and gave me suggestions for the area. Then, before leaving, he told me to contact you if you needed it. Everything was very tidy and clean, in addition, the apartment is furnished with a lot of care and details. The couch is super comfortable and spacious in the seat. There are also several paintings painted back, from a family aunty. For breakfast, Alice made me find various treats and gluten-free products, knowing I'm gluten intolerant. Really , very kind of you! Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Stefania’s apartment was absolutely stunning, the location is very peaceful and serene. The restaurant and food were incredible and the hosts truly are wonderful. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and authentic Italian experience this is the place to come. It’s fantastic!

Everything is perfect. Stefania and Francesco are truly extraordinary hosts. We were greeted warmly, recommended and assisted at all times. We felt really at home. The property is very nice, the photos can't do them fully justice. Home and garden are taken care of in every detail, wherever you can see the attention and passion of those who welcome you. Delightful view, which goes up to the promontory of the Conero and the surroundings that provide the best that the Marche (and Romagna) can offer: villages, art, nature and fun. Yes, you can opt for the sea, the hill or the mountain, in every direction and just a few minutes by car. Absolutely recommended to rest and discover new places. Great for kids too.

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Elisa and Luca were a wonderful hosts. They kindly had a taxi meet us at the train station so we could get into town easier. The space was beautiful with great country views, quite spectacular! Thank you for a memorable and fantastic stay in Assisi. My family truly enjoyed the apartment—it was comfortable, charming, and perfect for our trip. We had a fabulous stay. Filippo and his family were so warm and welcoming! The location is stunning and just what we needed for a peaceful hideaway. Filippo’s recommendation of the family restaurant was wonderful and we enjoyed the medieval festival during our stay! We hope to return again someday!

I sincerely thank Giuliano because he was a wonderful innkeeper! He gave us valuable tips and tips on what to do or see, as well as where to go to eat, and we were thrilled!

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

We felt very comfortable and were able to spend relaxing days in the beautiful, quiet environment. The region is very versatile and you can make great excursions! The location was also ideal for our dog to run. We are more than happy to recommend the place!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

Very clean and lovely house in the middle of a quite village! Who is looking for authentic Italian places, can stop searching and book the house with a very nice view! Davide was very friendly and always reachable - no matter if we had questions around the house or were looking for some recommendations (places to visit or to eat at). Simply perfect - and also with a little baby awesome.

Red house was a wonderful discovery. The house is spacious and full of objects that make it characteristic and welcoming. The kitchenette is a romantic area where you can have breakfast with a view of the garden. The outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or even alfresco dining. In summer at night it's always cool and you can sleep very well. Veronica, Antonello and little Davide are exceptional hosts, they welcomed us with a lot of hospitality and were always very attentive to every need. If you're looking for relaxation and tranquility, this is the place for you. For animal lovers, in the common garden you can make friends with the owners' two dogs and cats.
