Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

Pardo was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

We loved our time here. Karin was an excellent host, organising a wonderful vineyard tour and being flexible with our check-in/check-out times. The property itself is beautiful and met all of our needs. Karin even helped us hunt our pizza delivery which failed to get to us, so went above and beyond during our stay. We'd love to come back again, and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place!The apartment is spacious and beautiful and looks even better than in the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand new and very well designed. You can see that Marco has put a lot of thoughtfulness and care in the renovation of his family property with great attention to detail. Marco and his family were amazing hosts - taking care to make sure we were comfortable and offering great recommendations for restaurants and excursions in the area. The flat is very well located within walking distance to restaurants while also having spectacular views that make you feel secluded, and a short drive to the beach. Thank you Marco, we’ll be sure to come again. Highly recommend!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

A fairytale location- so beautiful! We attended a wedding close by and could not have picked a more stunning spot to use as our base with our two young adult children. Gorgeous pool surrounded by lush trees and gardens overlooking the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. Outdoor tables to chill and dine al fresco. The apartment was cool inside and very spacious. 3 x large bedrooms all with lovely views and comfortable Queen beds. Large kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. Good showers. No washing machine and lacking sharp knives and some kitchen utensils such as platters and large plates, but nothing could detract from how idyllic the place is. Absolutely amazing - we highly recommend it! 💙🩵

Maria's apartment is really very nice, very clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible and there is a car park nearby. In front of the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the sea and greenery. A stone's throw away, you can reach the heart of Gradara, which offers rare beauty with the right restaurants and services. The welcome was top-notch, with all the right information. I highly recommend this apartment, we will definitely be back.

Property located in the central area with easy to get around on foot. I felt good, very quiet area. Clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay, it's worth it.

Pros: -Amazing location (that's what you're paying so much for) -Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby -Clean/Smells clean, too, which is important -Quiet area -Responsive and nice host -Big living area Cons: -Some aspects could be updated, including the shower head and windows, but these aspects didn't ruin our stay. -Bedrooms and beds are quite small, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. -Laundry machine is very old but still works

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

Perfect apartment, great location! 2 minutes from the center and about 10 minutes walk to the beaches! Rossella is super nice and helpful! She provided us with bicycles and welcomed us even before the scheduled check-in. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Rossella ❤️

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.
