Offrono uno sconto del 20% (anche se noi ci siamo accorti successivamente che erroneamente non ce l’hanno applicato) per cenare presso il ristorante convenzionato - tra l’altro molto buono. SUPER CONSIGLIATO.

Die Ferienwohnung, ihre Terrasse, der schöne Garten, der fantastische Pool… Es hat uns sehr gut bei Gerhard gefallen. Vor allem die Badewanne draußen im Garten hat auch unser Baby begeistert. Er hat uns zur Begrüßung einige Lebensmittel überlassen. Vor allem das selbst produzierte Öl ist köstlich! Einzig bei der Anreise war ich etwas gestresst durch die Schotterstraße. Aber dafür landet man am Ende auch mitten in der Natur.

Hôte extrêmement accueillant. J'aime bien car je me suis sentie chez moi en tout cas, bien que je suis venue pour étudier en italie et j'ai laissé toute ma famille au Congo, chez Piero et Rita j'ai trouvé une famille merveilleuse où l'amour, la paix et la joie sont au rendez-vous. Ils ont bien pris soin de moi comme étant leur propre fille et je découvre beaucoup avec eux : la culture italienne, la langue, le savoir-vivre... En tout cas chez Piero je conseillerai toute personne voudrait bien faire tour à Perouse de venir s'installer ici. Ce sont des meilleures 😍

Soggiorno bellissimo, l’ubicazione del B&b è fantastica comodo per spostarsi a piedi, in 5 minuti sei in spiaggia e in 10 in centro. Giorgia sempre disponibile e gentile

Bellissima location, attrezzata ma essenziale la suite, molto comodo il letto. Fornitira di asciugamani e prodotti per la toelette superiore alla media

What can you say about staying in a 1000 year old castle? The feelings are indescribable, with the centuries of history within the walls. Matteos was the young gentleman that checked us in. From that moment on he always went out of his way to make certain our stay was special. Sadly I never met Andrea. I seeked her out several times but we could not connect. Very special place to stay. Had dinner there one night and breakfast every day. They were very good as well..

Booked a stay here last minute. We didn’t get to use the pool as we arrived late but looked beautiful. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. A few minutes outside of the city and very nice.

La villa è stata il soggiorno perfetto per il nostro gruppo, grazie molte Tatiana per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Casa molto bella, ampi spazi interni ed esterni, camere fresche grazie ai condizionatori ognuna dotata di bagno con servizi, piscina bellissima e molto ampia.

I want to give a big shout out to Loredana! She is super friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Even though we only stay for one night here, we enjoyed the place so much! Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

Chambre très confortable dans un très beau cadre, Maria et son personnel sont très accueillants et sympathiques, nous dîner dans leur restaurant, une cuisine gastronomique, et raffiné qui a réveillé nos papilles. Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel avec très belle piscine, merci Maria.

Very close to the train station. Elevator gets you to the sixth floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Bathroom is large. Great to have access to kitchen.
