We stayed two nights in Elsa's apartment and we had a very good time! Very flexible check-in, Elsa welcomed us at the most convenient time waiting for us in front of the entrance. In addition, we found the pods for the coffee maker and packaged brioches. The beds are comfortable and spacious, although this means that in the second bedroom there is not enough distance between the two to pass through. Finally, we are very satisfied with the price: very competitive compared to what it offers! We'll definitely be back if there's a chance.

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Really nice apartment, cozy, very clean and in a strategic area to visit Umbria. Two steps from the highway entrance, in the area there is everything you need, restaurant, bar, supermarket. Clean, comfortable, cozy and functional place. Nice area, green and close to the center. Quick and effective communication with the host, Maria was very kind. I also recommend for long stays, the house has spaces that allow you to live comfortably (e.g. the double bedroom there is a desk, in case of Smart working; the kitchen is spacious for cooking and there is a coffee table from 2 beyond the one in the living room, from 4). TV in all rooms.

Francesca was really welcoming! Every need has been met and sometimes anticipated. The house is very comfortable and beautiful...it allows you to experience Pesaro from the heart of the historic center. A great stay!!

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We rented Roberto's place to spend the last days of the year. The apartment is perfect for spending time in a quiet environment, in the company of friends. The environment is comfortable and equipped for every need with very well-kept outdoor spaces. Roberto was helpful and extremely kind. Really a nice place to spend some pleasant time.

Roberto's casa is located in a quiet area where you can relax. The surroundings are beautiful, and the cats are very cute. The accommodation offers everything you need (and much more) and is in very clean condition. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful destinations such as Sirolo, Portonovo, Potenza Picena, national parks, and many more. Communication with Roberto was always friendly and informal, and i was greeted with homemade wine. All in all, I would happily recommend the casa to anyone.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. Beautiful apartment, with attention to detail and functional. It is located within a residence with services that we have not tried and very quiet. It is located outside Marcelli and you need a car to get to the tourist destinations. Alessio is very quiet and helpful. You'll be fine.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
