Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Seaside

had everything we needed for our family of 6. super kid/pet friendly, beautiful/safe neighborhood.. walkable or quick ride on the golf cart to many amazing restaurants + the beach. everything was clean, the pool was great for the kids when they were burnt out on the beach. carolyn and brian were super responsive and helpful. i would stay here again and again!

Mark was one of the best host I’ve ever booked with! He is very responsive and made staying in his home relaxing. We will definitely be back 10/10!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet very peaceful and relaxing. We loved having access to the golf cart, which made trips to the beach super easy. The beach itself was beautiful and was never crowded, which was a huge plus. The home is also very family-friendly. Our kids had a blast at the pool, and as parents of a baby under one year old, we really appreciated how well-equipped the place was—it made things so much easier. You had all your beach necessities there as well! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped home tucked away on a quiet street. Easy access to beach via golf cart. Great home for two families with two primary suites and a great bunk room for kids. Across the street from sweet neighborhood park.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a family vacation with 6 adults , infant and dog. Fenced in backyard was great for the dog. Golf cart was great to go out to eat and beach. We cooked most nights at home and used charcoal grille several times . There is a gas grille but did not use .Very close to restaurants and beach access. I would defintley recommend and stay again.

The house was great, but I would stay here again simply because the host was always responsive and met all of our needs in a timely manner. I will refer friends and family.

We booked this Airbnb for 12 people and it exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. The location is conveniently located right down the road from a lot of restaurants and several beach access points. The host, Josh, was very informative and very quick to respond. I highly recommend booking this house for your next group vacation!

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Had the most wonderful vacation! It was just My husband, my 10 month old, my small dog and me. We had plenty of room for our baby to crawl and play. My dog loved the fenced backyard. There were no low shelves with excess decor or any sharp corners for babies or young children to hurt themselves with or on. There is a tub for baths. The porch door to the pool requires you to press a button before opening or a loud alarm goes off. There was just enough decor and furniture to feel homey and not cluttered and small. There is every single thing you could possibly need in a kitchen (excluding groceries and perishables, obviously). Washer and dryer were large and very easy to use. We had a minor issue with the pool heater while we were there, it was fixed promptly and we were refunded for the day it took to correct the problem without asking! The host communication was wonderful. Leaving our vacation feeling refreshed and having ZERO complaints. Will be booking again in the future.

The house is beautiful. A great place for 5-8 couples. You’ll need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as well laundry and dishwasher pods but knowing that you’re ahead of the game. There is no house surround sound like the photos show so bring speakers. Make sure the pool and spa heater work right when you get there. The golf cart is awesome and gets you to the beach. The beds were comfy! We loved it and would rent again for sure!

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. In fact we had such a great time (and felt so much like we were “home”) that we decided to look at buying nearby. This house (and the hosts) were *perfect* - and I don’t use that word lightly. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The experience in this home and with these hosts couldn’t have been better. We will certainly be back.

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pool was amazing!! House was beautiful and very kid friendly even had high chairs and a pack and play for our daughter! The outdoor screen was a great hit with the kids!! She even reached out and let us check out around 5 so we could enjoy more of our stay! Will visit again had an amazing time!!

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar! The location cannot be beat--right on the ocean and within walking distance to a lot of things. The chair and umbrella service included makes things super convenient. I recommend this!!

This place was such a hidden gem!!! My friend and I booked it for our beach trip, and it was super convenient to all the shops/restaurants! We also loved the space and felt right at home. The host was so responsive, and this made our trip so much easier and relaxing. When we arrived it smelled amazing, and definitely set the tone for our stay. 10/10 place!!!!

Excellent location near the beach, golf course, & restaurants while still feeling secluded and peaceful. The home is located in a safe neighborhood with year round residents. The home was beautiful, clean, and had more amenities than anticipated. The kitchen was fully stocked…even had lots of spices. The a/c worked great and the beds and couches were super comfy. Hosts responded immediately to any and every inquiry. I highly recommend if you are in Santa Rosa Beach. We will book again if we return to the area.

What an amazing location and an easy process. We couldn’t believe how close we were to everything. I highly recommend this home for a couple or single person. I can’t believe our luck that it was available!

In town for Gulf Coast Jam and celebration of mother in laws 89th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. We stay in Airbnb units many times a year for work and this was above and beyond the best and most accurately described.
