Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay! You cannot get a better view of the beach. Bottom floor unit just steps away from the sand. Nice beach chairs and umbrella came with the unit. They were out and ready first thing in the morning and the beach crew packed them up in the evening. Location was amazing and condo is beautifully decorated! You will not be disappointed! Definitely will be back!!
