Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located property. It can accommodate 2 people (3 per. possible)in my small modern downtown 50m2 apartment. The city center is within walking distance and the tram stops almost in front of the door. There are 2 bakers on the street, the Rewe is also within walking distance such as the beautiful castle/ theater / museum. Many restaurants are in the immediate vicinity :) If you stay longer you can also use the washing machine.

It has an open small kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with frozen food compartment, dishwasher and a Tassimo In the bedroom you sleep on a cozy box spring bed. In a few minutes walk you are in the city center/DB train station. The apartment also includes a well-kept garden and a lockable cellar for bicycles, which can be accessed via the staircase.
