The 3.70-m (12.13-ft) high rooms are decorated with stucco, and the spacious bedroom has two beds (each 125 x 220 cm / 4.1 x 8.9 ft), while the smaller bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm / 5.6 x 7.2 ft) and a work area with a desk. Cozy gatherings can be celebrated in the living room or the spacious eat-in kitchen. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
