Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Die 98 qm große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt im Hochparterre eines Gründerzeithauses in zentraler Altstadt-Lage. Die 3,70 m hohen Räume sind mit Stuck verziert und das geräumige Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Betten (je 125x220cm), das kleinere Schlafzimmer über ein Doppelbett (140x200cm) sowie einen Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch. Im Wohnzimmer oder der geräumigen Wohnküche können gemütliche Zusammenkünfte zelebriert werden. Das Bad verfügt sowohl über eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands alone. No holiday homes close together, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann has built the villa for himself about 1860 as a residence. The villa is located at the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the harbor worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
