Beautiful little house in a very quiet location. In the house you will find everything you need for a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, exactly the right little things are everywhere. A great garden for the kids, nice hikes possible, with a stopover in quaint restaurants. We've been there in the spring and winter so far. We hope to try out autumn and summer as well. Highly recommended!

We were in the house for a JGA and felt more than comfortable. The large kitchen-living room on the 1st floor offers the perfect space for a wonderful girls' night together! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, new and clean. Thanks to the good weather, we were even able to spend the evening behind the house with the cozy lounge furniture in the evening sun. Everything around perfect! 🙏🏼😍

Furnished with a lot of taste and high quality outbuilding of Ludwigseck Castle, located in the middle of nature and tranquility directly at the castle. The highlight is the light-flooded, very well-equipped kitchen with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hilly landscape. We felt very comfortable here. The only minor drawbacks were the at times somewhat unstable hot water supply and the tiny fridge, which was unfortunately much too small for our group of 6 over the Easter weekend.

Great place that looks like the pictures. The tiny houses are quietly located. Excellent furnishings and loving communication. Always happy to come back!

If time goes by way too quickly, it was nice !!! Spontaneously and at short notice we found Elisa's place. The pictures showed what we were looking for. A nice place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Very cozy and lovingly furnished, with everything you need. Communication was perfect, quick responses and everything well explained. My girlfriends and I had a perfect weekend at Katharina's place. The cottage is furnished with a lot of love and heart and has everything you need, including the terrace (our favorite place) with wonderful views of the countryside and sunset. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the countless games to discover. :) The communication with Katharina was great and with her warm manner, which is also reflected in the house, she made our stay perfect. We would come back any time and can only recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a small get-away weekend in nature.

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is as in the description – and even better. The house is perfectly located if you want to visit the main attractions of Oberfranken in the Bamberg-Coburg-Bayreuth triangle. Thanks to the very warm welcome and the cozy warm atmosphere in and around the house, we immediately felt at home. The house itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – from the kitchen equipment to games for children. In addition, the place is extremely clean and the amenities very comfortable. I highly recommend a stay in the Lieb apartment!

The apartment was just right for us. Great value for money! Very good communication with Andrea. Castle, old town and train station within walking distance. Tram 2 minutes away. Bakery right across the street. We will be happy to come back!

Spacious, neat and tidy place perfect for overnight layover along A7. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the hotel reception. The breakfast they arranged was top!

Overall a great place to stay. There were some comminication difficulties at times, which came from a few misunderstandings and medical emrgencies, however it was overall a great place to spend the Weekend at and the accommodation was clean!

Accommodation was in a great location, flexible check in was very good for us! Especially positive was the fully equipped bathroom, when we were looking for a hair dryer, we found it promptly in one of the drawers 👍😊 Ellen always responded very quickly to questions or messages. We would definitely stay here again - our daughter slept on the couch which was extremely cozy thanks to cozy bedding and topper. Accommodation is very quiet in the back house, we didn't hear any disturbing noises from the front house at all. The only drawback: the parking - they are in short supply, but we were lucky and always found one nearby.

This place is in a great location, within walking distance of the city centre and public transport. It's quiet, but really close to local shops for groceries. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. We were a little suprised that there is not much living room area, it's a couch and coffee table in the kitchen, this didn't bother us as there was only 2 people but it is worth knowing if you're wanting to hang out as a bigger group. Other than that the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs. I would recommend this place for small groups, it's a nice apartment in a nice area.

Perfect location, well equipped, fair price. The duvets were very nice! For people with limited movement, the apartment is not recommended, as there are always steps within the apartment. The path from the back bedroom to the bathroom is quite far at night! 😅 Otherwise really an apartment to feel good with a very cozy, large sofa.

The apartment is mostly furnished with beautiful old wooden furniture. Together with the old roof beams and the wooden floorboards, a nice cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is rather narrow and showering for tall people is a small noise challenge, for us 175 big everything fit perfectly. We did not use the oven in the living room, but it is very nice to have it. The rooms were up to the large Bedroom well heated, the temperature was wonderful for sleeping. The kitchen-living room is large and cozy, we sat there a lot. In addition, it is well equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare meals for yourself. We'll be back.

The accommodation is very centrally located, so everything was well within walking distance. Check in went smoothly & was well explained as well as check out. At night it could be a little louder outside than you are used to, but it didn't bother us great. Our stay at the place was really pleasant & nice. ^^ highly recommend!

I spent an extended weekend here with my husband. We felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is very good. You can quickly get to town on foot. The communication with Staphanie went smoothly and the check-in was also smooth.
