(Curling irons upon request ) Toiletries, umbrellas, beach towels, beach cooler all provided. AMPLE FREE STREET PARKING in FRONT of MAIN HOUSE . Never a problem ! Plus you will feel safe in my family neighborhood. Kid friendly . Luggage storage also available for early and later flights .Portable crib available. Stay in our very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood that's safe and easy to get around. Most guests walk, Uber, scooter. Ample parking in front of house. Groceries, laundry , cafes are in a 5 block radius. Adjacent to Venice Beach. 15 min walk close to buses and the new Expo train to downtown LA> 3 blocks to buses to downtown Santa Monica or walk or a $5.00 Uber /LYFT ride there. 15.00 to Beverly hills $25.00 Uber/ LYFT to Universal studios There is also an Enterprise rental car place on the bottom of the street.walk to all eating places , beach , Santa Monica pier and hip Abbot Kinney . BIRD electric scooter rentals and Hulu bike rentals available as well throughout Santa Monica . There are small dogs on property , super friendly , and two kids 15 & 10 that are used to guests coming so are respectful of your privacy and quietness. Honestly most people don't see them because they are so busy ! Patio and yard are not private but shared . We never use the patio just the yard . Also, Santa Monica adds on a hotel tax of 14%, that has nothing to do with me. I find it ridiculous, but it is in such high demand. There is also a law in Santa Monica that owners have to be on property. So if you are looking for a place that is LEGAL and will be no problems , this is it.

Everything from 100% cotton linens, towels and terry cloth robes will be provided along with goose-down comforters and pillows, natural bath products, a welcome basket with healthy snacks, coffee, tea, local guidebooks, etc... We also have a flat screen HDTV, high-speed WIFI internet access and brand new a Air Conditioning system. Guests will have access to the Guest Studio and all of its amenities as well as the newly landscaped back yard and patio with gas fire pit + seating for four, an outdoor dining area, bocce ball court, ping pong table and private, hot water, outdoor shower Residential parking permits will be provided as parking in our neighborhood is restricted to residents and their guests only. Housekeeping and laundry services can be made available during your stay for an additional fee We can greet you upon arrival or arrange for a self-check-in. While located on a quiet, residential street this property is conveniently located within a short walking distance of numerous local hot spots such as: Ghisallo, Jyan Issac Bakery, Love Coffee, Santa Monica Yoga, Local Kitchen + WineBar, Thyme Cafe & Market as well as parks, tennis courts, golf, a beautiful swim center, the beach, plus two Breeze BikeShare locations are also right nearby! Guests can drive, walk, bike, bus, or Uber/Lyft all around Santa Monica. Bike lanes run adjacent to the house and the Big Blue Bus stops one short block away and can take you straight to the beach, the Third Street Promenade, Westwood, etc.. The new Expo line runs from the beach to Culver City, USC, Downtown LA and other locations with a stop conveniently located a short distance from our house. There are also two new Breeze BikeShare stations right nearby. It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem.
