Private Malibu Getaway with White Water Ocean Views

Fire up the barbecue on a spacious private deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This intimate and modern guest suite offers spectacular panoramic ocean views. Jump into your own private plunge pool (6’x12’) to cool off, or take a short walk to the beach. This is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in your own secret hideaway. Our place is a beautiful one bedroom multi-level modern apartment with amazing views and loud waves. It is perfect for 2 people but can accommodates up to maximum of 4 people: queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet are located on the upper level of the apartment. Bathroom has a shower cabin. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom behind the curtain. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area are on the lower level of the apartment leading to the big outside deck with the small pool. Kitchen has all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We provide light breakfast - coffee, tea, oatmeal. The pool is at the deck level, just right outside of the apartment main entry. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee of $50.00 BBQ is available, if you wish to grill something. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. We politely ask to respect our guest policy and not to have more than 4 people in the apartment. Guests that don't follow our policy will be reported to Airbnb immediately. We are located right off PCH up the hill. You can access the apartment by going down the long set of stairs along the blue railing on the left side of the property. There is plenty of free street parking at the apartment. Always available in person, via phone or text, if you need anything. The guest suite sits in the lower level of the main house on a quiet street. It's within walking distance to Duke's, Old Malibu Courthouse, and La Costa Country Mart. The house is located in eastern Malibu. Why wait - come and experience the beautiful Malibu firsthand! Many people rent a car or use a car service like Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is also available. Metro line bus #534 (bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house) takes you to downtown Malibu and Santa Monica, and from there you can transfer to the Expo train line which takes you to downtown LA and elsewhere. There are also Big Blue Bus and Culver City Bus lines available in Santa Monica. It’s almost never winter in Malibu: sunny and warm, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Malibu always offers a great escape from a busy city to enjoy the ocean, beach and sun.

Beautifully appointed with modern but comfortable furnishings with a comfy queen sized bed and quality fresh linens - courtesy snacks and continental breakfast available. This is a stand alone private guest house - It has a 2nd floor access via a dedicated staircase and can be accessed 24 hours. Late arrivals are not a problem with us at all. You may park one personal vehicle in the driveway, we will assign a space for you. We live on the property and are available if you have any questions. We are respectful of your privacy and tend to be low key but do let us know if we can help in any way. The guesthouse is centrally located in between the communities of South Pasadena and Highland Park, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, and Downtown L.A. There are a variety of amenities, craft coffee shops, restaurants, and bars to suit any taste. 5 minute drive to South Pasadena & Highland Park downtown areas. 10 Minutes from Pasadena & Rose Bowl and 15 minutes from Downtown LA POOL USE We are a family of 4 and use the pool on a daily basis during the Summer & warm days. The pool is not heated. There is no lifeguard on duty and we are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool. The pool is strictly for the use of the registered Airbnb guests ONLY - no other visitors are permitted to use the pool. No Glass or breakables in and around the pool area - plastic containers are available in the pool room. Please follow pool rules which are located in the handbook in the studio. Whilst we are happy to extend the use of the pool to our Airbnb Guests during daylight hours, please keep in mind that we run a tranquil private guest house and not a holiday resort.

We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

This studio with stunning views (blackout blinds on all windows) is right in the Marina and only 1 mile from the ocean at Venice Beach. Amazing views of the Santa Monica Mountains. This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
