Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Monica

Awesome place overlooking the marina and Vic is a friendly and responsive host. The bath is absolutely massive and the bed is really comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend some time in LA!

What a great stay! The location was perfect, in the heart of Santa Monica! Such a comfortable place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. And we really appreciated all the amenities-- toiletries, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. John was very communicative when we booked and at check-in. Really enjoyed meeting Vincent too! This is a typical city environment with city noises so thought it was nice that air plugs were provided. But the building itself was very quiet. Some highlights: walking to the beach overlook almost every night; 3rd Street Promenade accessibility; Colapasta next door (ate there twice! heavenly homemade pasta); general walkability/ease of access of neighborhood to all the places we went. Thank you!

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

The whole experience starting with meeting Nadia, her quick response, proactive and very helpful to Nadia's house and the experience of staying there , was just perfect. It felt like home . Everything is there, beautiful clean, peaceful and private. Thank you Nadia I hope to stay at your place again.

The apartment is a bit small, but it has everything you’ll need. The building feels safe and is near some good restaurants and markets. The kitchen was well equipped and having parking was wonderful.

Very clean and great location. It was very relaxing to sit on the lounge chairs in the morning. We saw dolphins and were able to walk down to the pier. It is more of a hotel feel than an apartment, but definitely worth being right on the water. The host was very communicative and pleasant.

I really enjoyed staying here. Host was very responsive and helpful, making sure to check in with us to make sure everything is up to standard. Secured parking spot in garage, the apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and so much more. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and the Santa Monica boardwalk. Highly recommend and worth every cent. Thank you!!!

Amazing stay. Super close to the beach and amazing restaurants down the strip. Really feels like you’re in the middle of paradise.

We loved staying at this cute little bungalow. The location was perfect, the decor was cute, and there was plenty of space. One of the things that was a blessing, there was TP, paper towels, and a few necessities that we did not have to run out and purchase more. Access to beach towels, chairs, and bikes was a plus. The location was easy in and out and the parking space was a bonus. There was just 1 day that someone parked in our space so we took our car to our sons and parked there, luckily he was close. I would highly recommend this space to anyone traveling to Santa Monica, it was just perfect! Thanks and happy summer.

the stay was very cozy and comfortable for especially for a solo trip but also nice for couples. the bed was extremely comfortable. and candles in the room. the building itself was easy to find but was a little confused with parking and getting up. but the host communicated very quickly any time i reached out. the only thing i didnt like was the view from the balcony. you only get to see neighbors and i was expecting to see the pool. overall i would book this stay again as it is worth the price

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at through AirBnB! Spotless apartment with good coffee, shared sauna, hot tub, gym and swimming pool, nice running distance away from Venice beach. Would recommend for anyone!
