Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Santa Monica

I booked this location for our 10th anniversary. I couldn’t believe it was available. When booking this location you are right in the hub of Malibu. Nobu is within walking distance, so is carbon beach. There is a balcony top where you can people watch. Also a private little outside area for yourself. They even offer a garage space which was really cool. Responses were quick and easy. I even booked an extra night pretty effortlessly. The Host Stay Awhile, Emily, Dan and Jelena are a great team have more locations and I will be renting from them again when the time aligns.

This was one of the best experiences I had on Airbnb in a while. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and the airbnb itself was in a great location. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone.

If you're going to stay in Malibu, there is nothing better than this. You're on top of the water with incredible views. It's in an area less impacted by the terrible fires. Perfect place.

The little space was just right. It was the most functional. Near target and Albertsons. It was great. Fit four people perfectly. Near the interstate but far enough away that it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. Not part of the review but the phone service for Verizon wasn’t very good and the back up internet wasn’t good as well. Host was attentive to our needs.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

We stayed here while in town for a Dodger game. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had plenty of room. Conveniently located to a lot of great areas in LA.

This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

I absolutely LOVED this home!! Absolutely stunning backyard, and so peaceful and relaxing!! Host was extremely responsive and willing to help with any issue. Will be staying again next year!

We had a wonderful stay with our family in Kareen's home. It was the perfect place for us and our adult children to hang out, enjoy meals, relax in the garden, and sleep peacefully in the quiet neighborhood. Close to Los Feliz, Silver Lake stores, and with gorgeous sunset views over the hills and views of Griffith Observatory, it was a great place to unwind and relax. Everything is just as it looks in the photos, with spacious rooms, plenty of seating, and a beautiful tiered garden in the back. The artwork and plants made the space feel like a home away from home — very comfortable and welcoming. We loved meeting Yortoise, though he was more interested in the watermelon than in us! From the very beginning Kareen was super responsive, answering questions quickly and making sure we could check in easily. The garage was super handy so we didn't have to even think about parking. I would recommend this beautiful spot if you're in LA and we would definitely return. Thanks, Kareen!

From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clear instructions made check-in a breeze, and the back alley entrance gave the place a unique, tucked-away feel that we really enjoyed. The hosts were thoughtful and detailed in their communication, which we truly appreciated. The space itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the little touches, like the bamboo by the gate and how easy the parking situation was (a big plus in LA!). The WiFi was solid, and we felt very safe and well taken care of. The location and price were what drew us to this house, but the amenities turned out to be perfect, as was the obvious care the hosts put into all the instructions and details. We had everything we needed, and when we encountered a problem that wasn’t their fault (an extended power outage affecting much of Encino), they were responsive and happy to communicate with the power company so we had all the information handy. We’d definitely book it again.

This place was awesome I came to see my daughter graduation. So I needed to stay a week and it was Secure,food within walking distance. Corner store within walking distance. It had a washer and dryer for me that was a huge plus. And the bathroom shower was nice and big with great water pressure and that’s another plus for me. I’m definitely checking availability with Mike next time I come.

Loved the location and proximity to all entertainment and the beach. Only one recommendation: replace and/or fix the sliding door and sliding screen.

Absolutely incredible! We loved our stay. Every detail was thought out, making us feel right at home. Property is secured, and the entry to the property was simple and easy to gain access. We loved the updated style of the property. The best of all is the outdoor patio. The patio is decorated to feel as though it's indoors, which makes for a relaxing spot to have coffee or just sun bath and watch the dolphins. Loved Open Air's listing, can't wait to go back.

Excellent Stay in LA with an Exceptional Host Review falls short due to the max character limit Christine is the perfect host. We connected instantly over coffee. She even gave me a tour and we went out for drinks and dinner! In the morning we started our day with coffee. I loved her recommendations and especially for food – always spot-on, even for my picky palate. She made healthy eating in the US easy, no junk food. Her place is great, love there is a garage. I avoid hotels, preferring locals for authentic tips. Also I liked we went out having drinks or dinner. When I was by myself I like the fact, she responded so fast to my messages. Future travelers: A MUST-STAY! (Except in 2027, I'll be back then 😉). To Christine: You truly convinced me to return. You took the time to show me around, without you I wouldn't have seen LA like I did. You went from a host to a friend.Thanks!
