Villa holiday rentals in San Vincenzo

The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car. As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park. In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children. The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

We had a great week with friends at Villa Nicolai. The house is furnished in the Tuscan style and has everything you need. The garden with pool was simply fantastic and was also a paradise to romp around for the two little ones. We also got two cots and high chairs available. We would go back to the villa immediately and also the hosts were very friendly and smiling at all times and fulfilled all our wishes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Tommaso is a fantastic host – very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and was always available for anything we needed. The villa itself is stunning and perfectly located for exploring the Tuscany region. Highly recommended!

The Villa was a perfect 10. We were there for 6 weeks. We communicated with Alessandro before we arrived. He answered our many questions quickly. When we arrived at the villa, his brother, Enrico, was in charge of the villa. He met every one of our needs immediately! If we needed clean towels, a lighter for the grill, TV instructions (We always need them when we are in another country.), and many other little things, he would take care of our needs. A third brother, Marco, has a 9 passenger van. We hired him for 3 of the 6 weeks to take us all over Tuscany. Family and friends came at different times, and Marco was amazing. He was always on time and took us anywhere we wanted to go. The villa is very large so even with 8 people visiting, we weren’t in each other’s way. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining room was large and beautiful! The pool was just what we needed after a hot day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this villa ! It was our home away from home!

Wish we could live here! Everything was absolutely beautiful and Guili was the perfect hostess. She met us upon checkin and explained everything about her gorgeous home and where everything was. She even had homemade macaroons and wine for us as it was our anniversary and she made reservations at a delicious restaurant as well. Guiliana was so friendly and responsive, and the place was decorated so beautifully and the view was amazing. It really was a perfect place to stay while exploring the Tuscan countryside. We absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

The villa definitely exceeded our expectations. Starting from check-in, we were lucky that no one was leaving on the day of our check-in, so we were let in at 12:00! The host was very nice, helpful. The instructions on how to get there were clear and unambiguous. The driveway is impressive the first time, but each subsequent approach is easier. The atmosphere of the entire property is indescribable, an absolutely amazing place. The style of the house, beautiful garden, including a number of relax zones. Outdoor ping-pong table, swimming pool and jacuzzi with wonderful views.

Maria has created a beautiful and warm home with a modern design and spacious, cosy layout. The kitchen is a dream for cooking, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. Dinesh was always responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, immersed in the Tuscan country side. Plenty of walks around the area and easy access to Panzano and Greve that both have great amenities. Elisabetta was a fantastic host. Property was clean and easy to use, and communication was first class. We had a fantastic time staying here. Thanks!

Beautiful rural tuscany setting with superb kitchen facilities for catering for a group.Good four bedrooms with plenty of room for us all.We enjoyed returning to pool after exploring villages.

We had a wonderful time here in the middle of Tuscany. It is advisable to arrive by car, it is perfectly located for the most important day trips in Tuscany. Clean rooms and pool, fast communication, wonderful views of the countryside.

Our stay at Natasha and Niccolo's place was amazing. Really nice and helpful with everything from extra towels to tips on excursions and help with table booking. Nice environment, beautiful view and a tranquility to enjoy. Highly recommended for a visit to Tuscany.
