Beachfront holiday rental in San Vincenzo

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

What a great place to relax an recharge!

Very beautifull place, total recommendation! Does have some mosquitoes in may/june, so take some protection and perhaps ware long trousers on the terrace when having dinner.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

Entire apartment available, very clean and really provided with the amenities described in the presentation on the site, available host, courteous and quick to respond. Very suitable for large families and with children. Close to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach. Comfortable beach equipment provided (sun loungers and umbrella) with trolley for transportation and two outdoor showers (hot/cold water) at our exclusive disposal when returning from the sea. Air conditioning and internet in all rooms, kitchen also equipped with all small appliances as well as, of course, dishes and pots, washing machine and dishwasher. However, there is no private parking that would be the icing on the cake given the difficulty in times of high turnout to find a parking space on the street. It would be easier to reach the shops (including groceries) that are in the center, being sure of a parking space on the way back. We had a great time and recommend it. Thank you Cristiano.

Beautiful house, spacious, fresh and tastefully furnished. The house has all the comforts to make your stay pleasant. Being in the center of the village allows you to easily reach the evening promenade, shops and beaches of the village. The terrace and courtyard are an additional plus because they allow you to have additional vent and parking of the car. As mentioned in other comments, the house is in the center of the village and the bedrooms face the main course so in the evening it is a little noisy but, it did not bother us. The host Francesco is available and collaborative. Everything is perfect for us!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Very beautiful and exceptional place to stay. Great view from the balcony and very nice property. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. New bathroom. The rest of the decor is tastefully decorated.

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The views over the harbour and the sunset were incredible! Lots of amazing restaurants very close by. The beaches were lovely and the pool was great. Enrico super helpful and friendly with lots of info and recommendations. Ideal for families with lots to do. We loved it

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

We had a lovely stay with Stefano! The loft is clean, beautiful and well located. We were walking distance to restaurants, bars and gelato places. The bus stop that takes you to many different swim spots along the coast is right in front. We had a great stay!

Marina and Sara are great hosts. The apartment is beautiful, located directly by the sea and is perfectly furnished. Beyond bath towels, sun umbrellas and chairs for the beach, there is much more available for a perfect holiday on the beach. Marina has received us very kindly and explained everything in detail. Right next to the apartment is a public outdoor swimming pool and the nearest grocery store can be found across the street. Restaurants are also within walking distance. We felt very comfortable at Marina's and had a wonderful holiday. We would book the place again anytime.

The host was responsive right from the start of the reservation. He communicated all the necessary information. The place was great, close to public sandy beach, local shops and restaurants. Parking your car a few minutes on foot. Apartment amenities are more than sufficient (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, complete kitchen equipment). The only thing to point out the kitchen is a small workspace. But even that could be dealt with. The balcony with a beautiful view was unforgettable, especially for the sunset. Here we spent most of the time, which was a little lacking, again, a storage space. A small table for glasses would be nice. The overall rating of the place is great. Thank you for everything, and if we ever come back to San Vincenzo, be sure to Stefan.

we absolutely loved our stay… just as described and more… close to Florence and other spots… what a view!!! Hopefully be back!

We felt very comfortable at the place and especially enjoyed the terrace with the barbecue! The apartment is also a stone throw away from the beach. Franca was also very friendly and helpful :)

Arianna's apartment is really fantastic, right by the sea. You go through the gate and stand with your feet in the sand. The water is wonderful, the surroundings very beautiful. The apartment is very clean and spacious, the kitchen is excellently equipped. And Arianna is a great host, always available and very, very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you
