Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Casa Dimitri is a 22 square metre mini flat perfect for a single person or a couple. The flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Livorno, the San Jacopo district. Its privileged location allows both to enjoy the seafront and the Terrazza Mascagni, which are just a stone's throw away, and to be able to comfortably reach the city centre on foot. And just 200 metres away is the historic Bagni Pancaldi, to enjoy a nice dip in the sea!

It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

We took into account the value of the details that emerged during the renovation, arches above the windows and an old arch that once framed the fireplace.
