Relax in this unique and quiet shabby-style little house just 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Gulf of Baratti surrounded by nature. Beach umbrellas, toys for children and bicycles available for our guests. Private and free parking. Bbq, wood-burning oven and shared laundry area (no washing machine) are in the big garden. Close to restaurants, the station, Populonia alta, the Etruscan archaeological sites or the port of Piombino to take the ferry to Elba.

A large panoramic balcony hugs two sides of the house. The beach, free or equipped, can be reached on foot. Walking distance to the pedestrian street, the port, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops.

The house has an internal surface of 96 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.

Very bright apartment, just renovated, in the San Jacopo neighborhood, is just a 2-minute walk from the sea, more specifically from the church of San Jacopo or from the entrance of the Pancaldi bathroom and from the Mascagni Terrace and a few meters from the entrance of the Naval Academy and the Fattori Museum.
