Nice flat at the first floor in a house of 4 flats. Living room with kitchen-corner and a Sofa-double-bed, room with double-bed, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and a fast Wifi connection. Beach and tourist center at walking distance. There are a lot of shops and services nearby. San Vincenzo and the surrounding area offer multiple possibilities for recreation, gastronomy, landscape and culture.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.
