Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Vincenzo

Staying in a 13th Century Palace was a spectacular trip. The owners and Bianca were the Most Gracious hosts. We were in Awe staying in this Special location with such history, beauty and elegance. The apartment was perfect for what we wanted, very easy to walk to from the airport, clean and tidy and a complimentary bottle of wine for when we arrived! Very good.

We felt very comfortable! Benedetta's family, who live in the houses next door, were very friendly and warm. We had a good conversation and got great tips for the area. The property is also home to a pony and two dogs, who are very friendly and trusting, but also accept boundaries if you don't want them to be - just right! For us it was perfect - relaxing, quiet and in nice company. We definitely recommend this accommodation! ❤️

Grazia is super friendly and sweet and we felt at home in her place! The place is completely 😊 new, very well maintained and you can park in front of the accommodation without any problems. We would definitely stay at Grazia again and highly recommend the place. Thank you! 😊

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! We were particularly impressed by the modern furnishings, which were stylish, well thought-out and with high-quality furniture. The design is absolutely contemporary and creates a cosy yet luxurious atmosphere. Everything was clean, well organised and furnished with attention to detail. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable, and the small decorative elements make the stay even more special. We felt right at home! The location was also perfect, and communication with the hosts was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place! Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Stefania is a very helpful and welcoming person. The chalet is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The property is clean, equipped with all comforts and is very beautiful and welcoming. I plan to return at the first opportunity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of tips on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic centre of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car park. Highly recommended!!

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is great with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park and the sea a 2-minute walk away. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

The place was great—within walking distance to all the main attractions. The only issue was that the owner replied slowly, so it will make us nervous about the check-in even after reading the messages.

Accommodation in the city centre, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, via Grande and via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Close to the Central Market, which is not only a building to admire, but also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of a loft. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I have found no flaws or inconsistencies in what is described on the site. Giulia’s apartment was ideally located for our weekend in Tuscany at a wedding. It was spacious, comfortable and had parking tight outside. It has been lovingly furnished in a homily way giving it a cosy feel. Giulia as a host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend enough.

I stayed two nights in this b&b, we had booked the room with the sea view terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf. The room was very spacious, new and above all very clean. The breakfast girl was very kind and the products were great. Very convenient parking inside the B&B. I hope to be back soon!

An all-around successful stay at Simona's! Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Simona couldn't be better, she took extremely loving care of us! The tips for the area were really great and she was always available to us. Also the equipment of the apartment is excellent. From the iron to the coffee machine inc. Coffee is all there. What might bother others a little would be the proximity to the SS1 and the somewhat outdated pool. This did not bother us and we enjoyed the view of the sea every night. We will definitely come again! Thanks for the great stay! :)

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!

The house of Daniele is just great!! It has three rooms. Ours was very cozy, clean, modern and nice. Downstairs is a kitchen with where you can have breakfast or snack. It is self-service so you can do everything in your own time. The garden door opens to a patio, where you can put a chair and enjoy a coffee outside for example. The house is 15 walk from the airport and from train station. That is absolutely perfect in Pisa. Check-in is very flexible. Daniele and his girlfriend are very very friendly and nice. Communication was at all times smooth (we rented a room two times on the way from and to Pisa :D) and quick. It is a 10 ;) Perfect choice for Pisa or for crossing over to another part of Italy.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!
