"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Our ground floor suite with sea view has been specially created by breaking down architectural barriers, designed in detail to offer comfort and ample space. A unique environment but offering privacy, living room kitchen with sofa bed, sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate couples, families with a maximum of 2 children. Each accommodation includes beach service at our Florida beach club, which includes an umbrella and two sun loungers.

Located in the heart of San Vincenzo, a small tourist village on the Tuscan coast, a 5-minute walk from the sea and a few minutes by car from one of the most famous wine areas (Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci..) The apartment is NEW (completed in early July 2024) and measures 100 square metres. It is composed of: 2 double rooms with a king-size bed 1 Living room with TV, table and sofa 1 Kitchen complete with everything 2 Bathrooms 2 terraces with table, sun loungers

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.
