A San Vincenzo sulla Costa Toscana in zona leggermente collinare - a 1,3 km dalla spiaggia-, tra il verde degli olivi e campi coltivati. L' agriturismo Villa Oliveta propone un ampio appartamento per 9 persone con vista stupenda che spazia dalla campagna al mare. Dall'abitazione essendo leggermente in collina si gode di un panorama meraviglioso che abbraccia tutte le colline fino ad arrivare al mare e alle isole circostanti. Detached 2-story villa with garden and parking space, completely renovated in 2021. Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor patio with veranda, and BBQ are available.

The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
