Condo holiday rentals in San Vincenzo

We stayed a few days at Diego’s place in San Vincenzo and really enjoyed the location — just 50 meters from a beautiful, quiet public beach with calm water and few people. The apartment is simple but spacious. The bed was quite soft, we would have prefered a firmer matress, but it was fine for a short stay. It’s within walking distance of the town center, and there’s a lovely little garden area shared with Diego, although we didn’t use it. Diego was very kind, gave us helpful local tips, and even helped us rent a bike. Thank you!

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large shopping centre and many restaurants. We will be happy to come back. 😃

An adorable flat in the absolutely gorgeous town of Montescudaio, on top of the mountain. The view out the bedroom window is truly breathtaking. Alberto was so kind to pick me up from the train station and drive me up the hill on my arrival. The home is seconds away from the bus stop which runs from around 7am to 7pm (outside of those times it is about €30 to taxi up or down the mountain to the train station in the town of Cecina). You can find the basics that you’ll need right in the town itself, but the larger grocery store is down the hill in Cecina. It’s an easy train ride to Pisa (about an hour), Firenze (about 2hr), and even Venice and Rome are only about 4hr by train. Alberto was very proactive about recommendations and responding to questions. Would absolutely stay again the next time I visit Tuscany!

Wow, words can’t actually describe how wonderful and beautiful this little place is! Absolutely loved every moment there. Capoliveri is also absolutely captivating, restaurants and shops Are lovely. I hope we can come back !

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

We had a lovely stay at this flat. It is as stylish as it looks on the pictures, has everything one can need and was very clean. The location is ideal to explore the island and includes a parking spot. Corrado is a very attentive host (eg. there was an extra set of towels for our children) and answers any request quickly (eg. we could check in early).

Perfect , perfect place to stay !! It’s lovely a lovely space, right in the centre of town. The views are amazing and it’s a great place to sleep!! 100% would recommend. Ausilia was a great host - super attentive and quick to respond. Definitely will return.

Donatella is a wonderful host and responded quickly and very kindly to every message. Francesco, who welcomed us at the arrival location and said goodbye to us at the departure, is also an incredibly warm person – you immediately feel at home. We received great recommendations, the neighbors were very friendly, and the accommodation was really nice – even on hot days it was pleasant inside and outside. Overall, a great accommodation that we would recommend at any time!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence is the master, especially at night. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Only 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

This place is highly recommended! Everything is the same as in the photos. The apartment is super spacious, imaginative and equipped with attention to detail, everything you need is available. We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea. Alessandro is a super friendly host.

As other reviews have said it is a great location and peaceful and a lovely charming flat

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The squeaky gas boiler and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit are a bit annoying. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great accommodation with a very nice and accommodating host.

Lovely apartment in the historic centre of San Gimignano, excellent level of cleanliness. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The hosts, Federico and Helga, are fantastic and very friendly people. Excellent tips on how to get around the area and on restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine and places with views of the hills ideal for aperitifs at sunset. I would definitely go back!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Monica’s home for five nights and four days, and it was incredible. The second we checked in Monica sent me an extensive list of instructions and places to visit during our stay. My favorite list was restaurants and local food shops in the area she recommends as a local. The house had all the amenities you could need/want, comfortable beds, and a really nice patio area. We are a few meals outside and enjoyed the stunning view. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets as well. The pool was really well kept. There were many wineries the were nearby. The location was also great for taking day trips to Florence and Siena. The nearest town was so cute and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. We are so appreciative of Monica’s food recommendations and suggestions of things to do. Overall we had an amazing time, and we highly recommend staying here!!

We spent a week at Andrea's. The area is wonderfully quiet, very rural - just right for us and our dogs. The apartment delivers what the photos promise. Super clean, very well equipped and with great views from every window. Andrea and his son Lorenzo are very accommodating and attentive. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. All in all, an all-round successful accommodation 👌🏻

Wonderfully tranquil location only steps from the ocean. Will certainly be returning in the future.

The stay at Raisa's was incredibly beautiful. The accommodation and especially the view is much nicer than in the pictures. Raisa has gone to great lengths to make everything as pleasant as possible for us. The dogs (Saila and Yango) are mega cuddly, the pool is great and the entire property is really picturesque. Beautiful city trips etc. are easily doable by car and we would be happy to come back again sometime.

Pian delle More is simply heavenly. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We felt totally comfortable and could relax super nicely. Thanks also to the whole team on site for the great service and good communication. We will be happy to come back. ☺️
